AMAZING Weekend!
Hope your weekend was GREAT!
I had an amazing one! As usual, I got to preach and share The Gospel. That’s ALWAYS a blessing! I also introduced some folks to Jesus…THAT NEVER GETS OLD!
On top of all of that…I got to jump in my kayak and spend a little time fishing. The snow cleared out here in SC and the temps got in the 60’s!

This week at Faith Renewed I shared from Psalm 100:1-5.
1Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands!
2Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing.
3Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
4Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
5For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.
This is an AWESOME Psalm!
Some great things in this one to be mindful of as 2018 gets underway.
Here are 3 that stood out to me.
- PRAISE The Lord JOYFULLY There are SO MANY things I could share about this point…but to keep it simple…OUR PRAISE MATTERS! It opens doors, defeats the enemy, reveals our heart, and the list goes on and on…
- SERVE The Lord GLADLYTHIS IS HUGE!!! Every person was created to serve the Lord. God didn’t make you, and then try to find a purpose for you. BEFORE you were every thought of by your parents, God had a plan for you. We discover that purpose through serving HIM!
- KNOW The Lord PERSONALLYGod doesn’t want us to only know ABOUT Him…He wants us to KNOW HIM. To think that the One who created this world, desire to have a personal relationship with me continually blows my mind!
