The Most Important List You Will EVER Make
We kicked off a new Series yesterday at Faith Renewed called, I DO. It’s a Series about Jesus, and what His Word says about marriage.
We looked at 3 words that help answer the question, What Is Marriage?
Marriage is:
- A Covenant
- A Priority
- A Pursuit
I want to take a moment and look at #2.
Priority: the right to precede others in order, rank, privilege, etc.; precedence.
Your “priority list”, is the most important list you will ever make.
Anytime things are out of order in your life, there’s chaos.
Our list should look something like this:
- God (Your relationship with Jesus, should ALWAYS be at the top of this list.)
- Spouse (If you’re married, this person should always be next.)
- Children (It’s easy to get this one out of order, because they require so much of our time.)
- I will let you take over from here…
Life is so much easier, when we keep first things first.
